Deliveries will take place Monday – Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays.
All goods will despatch our warehouse within 7 working days from order confirmation, excluding custom items which carry varied lead times.
For Courier deliveries, the estimated delivery times from despatch are:
Melbourne: 1-3 business days
Sydney & Adelaide: 3-5 business days
Brisbane: 5-7 business days
Perth & Tasmania: 7-10 business days
Rural Areas: 10-14 business days

Delivery charges will vary depending on the characteristics of the items that you have purchased. You can view our shipping costs in your shopping cart or contact our showroom at email@example.com to discuss costs with one of our team members. You can be assured that we strive to keep in any shipping costs to a minimum, however please take into consideration that some purchases under $150 may incur a shipping fee from our supplier.
Faulty or Damaged Items
It is important that you inspect items you have purchased once delivered or collected from our warehouse.
If any item received is broken or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery in order for our staff to investigate. We may request photos and proof of purchase of the faulty/broken item. Damages reported longer than 48hours after taking delivery will not be accepted.
At the time of purchase, customer will be required to select ‘Warehouse Collection’ at checkout.
Once all items are ready for collection, the customer will receive an email confirmation & phone call advising goods are ready to collect. Depending on stock availability, please allow approx 7 working days.
