We have two Melbourne showrooms. Our South East showroom is at 504 Bridge Road, Richmond VIC 3121. Our North West showroom and warehouse is at Showroom 5, 1-9 Thomsons Road, Keilor Park VIC 3042. Both are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. You can visit any time, and you don’t need a prior appointment. One more thing, we also offer virtual consultations for customers anywhere in Australia.

Deliveries will take place Monday – Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays.
All goods will despatch our warehouse within 7-10 working days from order confirmation, excluding custom items which carry varied lead times.
For Courier deliveries, the estimated delivery times from despatch are:

Sydney & Adelaide: 3-5 business days
Brisbane: 5-7 business days
Perth & Tasmania: 7-10 business days
