Please ensure you read and understand the Designer Bathware terms & conditions before making a purchase.
By using the website you are accepting and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. You must not use the website if you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Designer Bathware reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notifying you.
The prices displayed on designerbathware.com.au are inclusive of GST.
The price of the item(s) does not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will be added at checkout, unless warehouse collection is selected at checkout. Prices are subject to change at any time.
All care is taken to keep our site up to date, all products displayed on this website are subject to availability. If we are notified by a supplier that an item ordered is out of stock, we will advise you via email immediately. You will then be given the option to cancel the item or place on back order.
Delivery charges will vary depending on product size & weight. We offer free shipping on standard items above $750.00 to all metro locations, however some items will require specialised delivery services, if this is the case, then there will be a note in the product description advising you if the product falls under this category.
All Goods will be delivered curbside to the designated address provided at checkout. If these details need to change, please contact Designer Bathware immediately and provide changes in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our delivery service is made by a contracted freight provider.
Deliveries will take place Monday – Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays.
All goods will despatch our warehouse within 7 working days from order confirmation. For Courier deliveries, the estimated delivery times from despatch are:
- Melbourne: 1-3 business days
- Sydney & Adelaide: 3-5 business days
- Brisbane: 5-7 business days
- Perth & Tasmania: 7-10 business days
- Rural Areas: 10-14 business days

You agree that Designer Bathware can provide contact details to contracted freight provider to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.
You must be home/at the delivery site at the agreed time to accept and sign for deliveries. If you are not at home the delivery driver will leave a card and it is the customers responsibility to collect the goods or arrange another delivery at the customers expense.
If you request multiple delivery dates for an order you will be charged a delivery fee each time.
If for any reason Designer Bathware is unable to deliver your order in full, in one delivery, you will not be charged for additional deliveries.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email email@example.com OR via phone 1300 080 394. If items have already been received from our suppliers, then a 25% restocking fee may apply on these goods. A refund will be given, minus this restocking fee.
Please note any products that are made to order (e.g. vanities made to a size and colour, customer coloured tapware or concrete basins/baths) are unable to be cancelled after placing order.
We will accept all returns in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Returns will only be accepted with proof of purchase.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, a refund will be issued once goods arrive back to Designer Bathware & have been inspected by a team member. A refund will be issued via the same payment method, minus restocking fee.
It is the customer’s responsibility & expense to arrange delivery back to Designer Bathware.
No refund will be given if:
- Products have been installed or installation has been attempted
- Products aren’t in original, undamaged packaging
- Products are damaged or aren’t in sellable condition
- Product was purchased as part of a Sale or Promotion
All returns must be made within 7 working days of receiving goods. You must immediately notify Designer Bathware on 1300 080 394 if you wish to make a return.
Strictly no returns or refunds available on custom made products (e.g. vanities made to a size and colour, customer coloured tapware or concrete basins/baths).
All products and packaging are inspected by Designer Bathware before being despatched from our Melbourne Warehouse to the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all products are inspected once received to ensure no damage or missing parts. The customer must advise Designer Bathware within 24hours of receiving products, if there are any damage, faults or missing parts in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Images of damage and boxes must be supplied.
If no notification is received within 24hours of receiving goods, it will be deemed all goods are correct, undamaged & fulfilled in full.
