We want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer hassle-free returns if your purchase isn’t quite right.

Easy Eligibility

  • Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

  2. Return the Item: We’ll provide clear instructions and a return address.
  3. Quick Refund: Once inspected, your refund will be processed promptly.

Restocking Fee

All returns (excluding faulty or incorrect items) are subject to a flat 25% restocking fee across all products (excluding Custom made special orders). Returned goods must be undamaged, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost, with no restocking or return fees applied.

Custom made special orders

Custom made special orders are non-returnable or refundable. Please select carefully at time of purchase.
