Returns Policy


We will accept all returns in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Returns will only be accepted with proof of purchase.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, a refund will be issued once goods arrive back to Designer Bathware & have been inspected by a team member. A refund will be issued via the same payment method, minus restocking fee.

It is the customer’s responsibility & expense to arrange delivery back to Designer Bathware.

If a client requires a refund, they must email a copy of their licence and bank account details. Designer Bathware will transfer the refund into the nominated account. (Refunds will not be made back onto the credit card)

No refund will be given if:

  • Products have been installed or installation has been attempted
  • Products aren’t in original, undamaged packaging
  • Products are damaged or aren’t in sellable condition
  • Product was purchased as part of a Sale or Promotion

All returns must be made within 7 working days of receiving goods. You must immediately notify Designer Bathware on 1300 080 394 if you wish to make a return.

Strictly no returns or refunds available on custom made products (e.g. vanities made to a size and colour, custom coloured tapware or concrete basins/baths).
