Restocking Fee

All returns (excluding damaged or incorrect items) are subject to a 20 - 25% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — absolutely hassle-free, with no fees.
