We want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer hassle-free returns if your purchase isn’t quite right.
Easy Eligibility
- Returns can be requested within 14 days of receipt of goods into our warehouse/delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

- Quick Refund: Once inspected, your refund will be processed promptly.
Restocking Fee
All returns (excluding faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items) are subject to a flat 25% restocking fee across all products, excluding custom-made special orders (NO Returns or credits on custom made products). Returned items must be undamaged, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
All returns will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse, If an item is deemed not suitable for resale, the return may be refused, and the cost of returning the item to you will be your responsibility.
For approved returns, the applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Any refund issued will also be less any associated fees and charges incurred by us at the time of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost, with no restocking or return fees applied.
Custom made special orders
Custom made special orders are non-returnable or refundable. Please select carefully at time of purchase.
