Your acrylic bath is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of seven (7) years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

• Delamination or separation of the acrylic surface layer
• Manufacturing defects identified at the time of installation

Care & maintenance

To keep your warranty valid and your bath looking its best, we recommend cleaning the acrylic surface regularly with a soft, non-abrasive cloth and a mild, pH-neutral bathroom cleaner. Avoid the use of scouring powders, steel wool, or solvent-based products, as these can damage the surface and may void your warranty.

Do not use the bath as a step or place excessive weight on the rim. Ensure the bath is installed on a solid, level substrate by a licensed plumber in accordance with the manufacturer's installation guidelines.
