Conditions of Warranty

Products must be installed by a licensed tradesperson in accordance with the supplied installation guides, and proof of purchase is required. Please report any damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery — do not proceed with installation if your product is incorrect or damaged, as the warranty will be void if a faulty product is installed.
