Sold separately, the MW27BDY is a key functional component of our round diverter mixer trim kit. The MW27BDY in-wall body is required with the purchase of a round diverter mixer trim kit to create a stylish solution that controls temperature, water flow and shower function.

Material

Meir doesn't cut corners when it comes to materials — and it shows.

Every Meir tap is built from premium DZR brass — which stands for Dezincification Resistant. In plain terms, DZR brass has a higher copper content and is specifically engineered to resist corrosion, even in environments with aggressive or corrosive water conditions. It's a step above standard brass, and it's a big reason Meir can back their products with a lifetime guarantee.

Components: All internal parts and components are sourced from European manufacturers in Switzerland, Hungary, and Spain — so the quality goes right through to the internals, not just the surface.

Finishes: Meir uses two types of finish — PVD & electroplating — depending on the colour. Their PVD finishes like Brushed Nickel, Tiger Bronze & Lustre Bronze are extremely wear-resistant, while their electroplated finishes like Matte Black and Champagne are engineered to resist scratching.
